Who We Are

The Egle House was developed by the same professionals that have owned and operated Egle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the past 30 years. This facility sets adjacent to the Nursing and Rehabilitation Center but in a separate building. The Egle House offers 16 newly constructed, private suites for its residents. Each suite provides a private bathroom with individual showers.

While the Egle House is a comfortable and affordable alternative to nursing home care we have a focus on compassion and memory care services. Our community is specially designed to meet the needs of aging seniors requiring assistance with activities of daily living, while providing a home-like atmosphere. We offer programs and activities designed to aid in daily life skills for the cognitively impaired.

The Egle House seeks to fill a much needed void in memory care services to the residents of the tri-state area. Our focus is on providing the highest quality memory care services to those members of our community who have memory loss or cognitive decline. Assisted Living Manager, Gayle Durst, has extensive training in managing memory care services and each of our staff members are trained in providing memory care.

Gayle is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP), and including a

• Certified Alzheimer’s Disease & Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT)

• Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional (CMDCP)
